Half of this review should be against the Stihl chainsaw and the other half for the dealer. Saw has 2-3 hours on it and couldn't cut a twig. Had blade sharpened (by dealer), no better. Took saw in to see if maybe it was installed incorrectly, but they said it was right. Bought a new chain/blade.....still…

5 weeks to fix a push mower. 3 stars because they did a great job on my mower, but everything else about the way they do business needs work. Almost little to no communication from them unless you call them every 2 weeks for another setback. Again, THEY DID A GOOD JOB ON THE MOWER at a fairly reasonable price. But…

Review from Google · view on GoogleNot a good dealer, I don’t feel they are trustworthy. I purchased a Kioti tractor, loader, and turf tires about a year ago. At the same time, I purchased a set of Land Pride pallet forks. The first issue when signing the contract, the Compton Equipment put the wrong tractor serial number on the paperwork. The tires needed to be ordered and were to arrive in two weeks. The pallet forks also needed ordering with an ETA of June (2-3 month delay). After waiting 3 weeks for delivery of the tractor, I stopped at Compton and they said they needed to check the order status. I was informed soon after that the Kioti representative forgot to order the wheel/tires. I asked to speak to the rep and was informed he wouldn’t talk to me (I believe this to be a lie). The tractor, loader and turf tires were delivered about a week later. Starting in mid-July I started inquiring about the pallet forks. On at least 3 occasions I advised them I wanted an ETA and requested they contact the land pride rep. I was forced in august to tell the Compton either information on the forks or my money returned. After a delay I was advised the Land Pride rep said I would get them they come in (rudely), no ETA. Compton offered to return my money. I asked for a day to think about it. The next day I contacted Land Pride Cooperate office. After several transfers I was speaking to the gentleman responsible for dealer orders. After advising him of the history, he check and stated Compton hadn’t ordered this type of fork in over 3 years. None were on order at that time. I believe Compton had lied to me once more. I would advise spending your money elsewhere. I can understand a mistake, but I won’t do business with liars.
