Frank is a wonderful person very honest. Tells you what's wrong with your computer he tells you everything you need to know. And he tries very hard to make you go home, happy and I did today. I went home happy i turned on.

This store always has the parts, cables I'm looking for. The owner is extremely helpful and knowledgeable .much better than the big box stores that are overpriced with reps who don't take the time to listen and make sure you have what you need.
