Excellent service, communication and repair work. They replaced my screen, cover, updated the computer and cleaned it. Also, Rob is a wealth of knowledge and great advice, tips and tricks for maintaining my screen quality. This was my first time using J and A and it was an easy and convenient transaction. My Windows 10 desktop computer was about 10 years old and slow. I bought a new desktop but hadn’t installed it because my old one was still working and I wasn’t sure how to transfer my files and bookmarks. The old pc finally froze and I couldn’t access anything. I called Rob. He came to my house that afternoon, took both computers to his office and transferred everything seamlessly. A day later he brought the new computer back to my home and set it up for me, answering any questions. All files, bookmarks and passwords were saved. He also set it up in the same format as my old pc so that there was no learning curve needed. And he removed all of the unnecessary promotional files that typically are installed by the manufacturer. I’d highly recommend Rob for all of your computer needs. Thank you Rob.

i was in a fix! I had just started a new job and could be fired if i couldn’t use my computer. Problem is, i’m not computer savvy. I needed help ASAP! AND , my car was down and i needed someone who could come to my house. After seeing all the great reviews for COMPUTER FIXX, i gave Rob a call. He came out in an hour and a half and fixed the issue , all the while explaining what he was doing and showed me how to do some things i had no idea about, while not talking down to me. He was quick, only took about an hour , and his price was extremely affordable. I highly recommend Rob for any issues you may have. Give him a call !!!

Rob was fantastic to work with from start to finish. I reached out about a thermal issue with my Razer Blade 18 and he responded almost immediately, was incredibly friendly, and came to pick up the laptop the very next day! Couldn’t ask for more punctual service. He kept me updated throughout the process, caught an issue during his final inspection before returning it, and made sure everything was verified and working before handing it back. The turnaround was less than 24 hours and his pricing was extremely fair… Well below what I’d seen quoted elsewhere for the same job. Rob clearly takes pride in his work and treats every repair with care. I’ll absolutely be keeping Computer Fixx in mind for any future tech needs and won’t hesitate to refer friends and neighbors. Highly recommend.

Excellent service from start to finish. He traveled outside of what was probably his normal service area to help my parents with their computer, which was greatly appreciated. He was patient, professional, and took the time to answer all of my mother's questions without making her feel rushed. He streamlined their computer setup, made it easier for them to access their favorite websites and programs, installed Microsoft Office 365, and ensured all necessary updates were completed before he left. Most importantly, he made sure they understood the changes and felt comfortable using their computer. It's refreshing to find someone who is both technically knowledgeable and genuinely kind. I would highly recommend his services to anyone needing computer support.
