Customers frequently praise the shop for rapid repairs on consoles and laptops, reasonable pricing, and clear communication including photo updates of the work performed. Staff are often described as knowledgeable and honest regarding necessary upgrades. However, several low-star reviews report unprofessional phone behavior, such as hanging up on callers, along with complaints about defective parts, excessive wait times, and perceived overcharging for services.

I took my ps5 in for a repair and cleaning. My fan connector came off the motherboard as I was attempting to disconnect my fan. They were able to repair it within hours and clean the ps5 as if it was brand new. The heat sink, power source, and all other components were spotless from dust. They finalized everything with replacing the liquid metal on both sides of my cpu and gave me some pointers on how to prevent it from happening again. The whole process only took about 3 hours. Highly recommend them.
