I have honestly been looking for a good mechanic shop, and I’m so happy I’ve found this place. They have been taking such good care of my car fixing what needs to be fixed. I am forever grateful for these guys they really have helped me so much. Please come to them they will help you out. Will be recommending to anyone who has car problems.

I took my car to this mechanic in May because it was pulling to one side and the steering wheel was not centered. I brought it in specifically for a wheel alignment.
What happened during this visit was very concerning. They worked on the two front wheels but did not tell me beforehand that they were unable to perform the alignment on the rear. I was not informed of this until it was time to pay. At that point, they told me they could not align the rear and then quoted me approximately $800, stating that I needed a control arm because it was supposedly so worn that they could not complete the alignment.
I found this concerning because my car is a 2021 with relatively low mileage. I told them I would not authorize an $800 repair and that I would take my car to the Honda dealership to have it properly inspected. Despite the fact that the alignment issue had not been resolved, I was still charged $100.
As soon as I left, my car was still pulling and the steering wheel was still not centered. I called them immediately and was told to bring the car back the following day. I explained that I was going out of town and would return the following week. When I brought the car back, the gentleman who worked on it drove the vehicle with me. He told me that the car was still doing the same thing because the street was uneven. That did not resolve my concern.
Fast forward to October 3, when I took my car to Honda for a proper wheel alignment and inspection. Honda performed a FULL alignment and inspected the vehicle. I was told there were no other issues and, most importantly, that a control arm was NOT needed.
I contacted the mechanic on October 5 and spoke with Andy. I explained that I felt I had been misled about my vehicle and that I was charged $100 for a service that did not resolve the problem. I requested a refund of the $100. Andy said he would speak with the owner.
The owner ultimately refused, stating that five months had passed.
For me, this isn't simply about the $100. It's about the principle. I brought my vehicle in for a wheel alignment, the issue was not properly resolved, I was told I needed an approximately $800 control arm that Honda later determined was not needed, and I ultimately had to pay again to have the alignment properly performed elsewhere.
If you are told that your vehicle needs a major repair, I strongly recommend getting a second opinion—especially before spending hundreds of dollars on a repair that may not actually be necessary. I personally would not return to this business based on my experience.

Thank you for sharing your experience. We're genuinely sorry to hear that your visit left you feeling disappointed, as this is certainly not the experience we want for anyone who trusts us with their vehicle.
We would like to respectfully clarify an important detail regarding our findings and recommendations.
During your visit in May, we found that your vehicle's rear camber was outside manufacturer specifications, even after reaching the maximum available factory adjustment. For that reason, we recommended aftermarket adjustable upper control arms to provide the additional adjustment needed to correct the rear camber.
This recommendation was not made because your existing control arms were worn out or defective, but because the factory adjustment was insufficient to bring the alignment within specifications.
We understand that Honda evaluated your vehicle in October and provided a different assessment. We absolutely respect their findings and encourage our customers to seek second opinions whenever they feel it's necessary. However, an inspection performed five months later does not necessarily invalidate the measurements and recommendations documented during the original visit.
Regarding your refund request in October, the alignment service and available adjustments were performed during your May visit. While we understand your disappointment with the outcome, we stand behind the work performed and the recommendations made based on our findings at that time.
That being said, we recognize that we could have communicated the limitations of the alignment and the reasoning behind our recommendations more clearly. Transparency is extremely important to us, and we never want a customer to leave feeling uncertain about the service they received.
