Service leading up to and during pick up at LAX was amazing including the fairly long drive to my destination. Head office support and driver Danny were first class

Our ride home from LAX was seamless and comfortable. In the chaos at the airport I spotted Daniel because he was surveying the crowd, he looked very professional and the trunk was open ready for loading. Once we connected he handled everything. A friend recommended your car service to me and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a ride.

Manuel was great, and so is Concierge Limo. Concierge is our firm’s car service, and this time they drove us to and from a concert. We went to a concert at the Kia Forum and wanted to make sure we got in and out easily. It was crazy there because of an event at the Intuit Dome, a football game at SOFI stadium, and the concert at the Forum. Manuel was there early and was able to get us out quickly. He sent me a video showing me exactly where to meet him, which was really helpful. The service was great and we will use Concierge Limo again for other events because all of their chauffeurs are excellent. ============ Update - May 2026 Luis has been great. He has been my driver for most of my business trips and helped our family on personal trips. He consistently arrives early, finds the fastest route and is very responsible. I like working with him and he is an asset to Concierge Limo ============•= Update - July 2026 It was the first time that Jayson drove us and he is great as well. He arrived early and helped us avoid traffic to get to LAX quickly. It made it so smooth, especially at this time of year when the airport is overcrowded with summer travelers.
