Customers highlight rapid response times, accurate upfront pricing, and careful handling of vehicle lockouts, smart lock installations, and key replacements. The high rating reflects consistent praise for professional communication and efficient service. However, some reviewers criticize high costs for basic tasks and instances where technicians failed to arrive for follow-up repairs or could not provide immediate key solutions as promised.

I locked my keys in the car at the gym this morning. I was panicked, cold, running late and the guy that came out really saved the day. I had called a few other places that were going to take hours and refused to tell me a price on the phone. This gentleman told me he would be there in 15 minutes and told me exactly how much it would be. He showed up right on time, quickly unlocked my car and was extremely nice and professional. Thank you so much for turning my day around!

During a shopping outing, I unintentionally secured my keys within my vehicle. They showed up promptly, evaluated the circumstances without rushing, and had me re-enter in less than ten minutes. I was amazed by their attentiveness to avoid damaging my door while they were assisting!
