Going to physical therapy at Cone Rehab in Madison was not only convenient, it was also such a fun, positive experience. The staff, from Heather at reception to the therapist in the rehab center were outstanding! Jennifer, Chad, and Chris are professional with such sunny, happy dispositions. I actually looked forward to my very beneficial therapy sessions!

This is a great team. They are very easy going and work well together. My therapy was very positive, the team was very professional in getting my knee back to full function and the remaining healing would take place over period of time. They always ask me how my pain level was and they move foward accordingly to help relieve it. I will always return to this office in Madison for any future recovery therapy I may need. Keep up the GREAT work.😁

I attended physical therapy for a problem with my lower back. The staff there were all very pleasant and easy to talk to! I had appointments with both Chris and Chad. They were extremely knowledgeable and thoroughly addressed all of my questions. It's truly the best facility for physical therapy!

Chad, Chris, Jennifer and Heather are wonderful to greet you with a positive attitude and atmosphere for physical therapy!! They listen to you and get an understanding of your needs as a physical therapy team. When I went to them for my first therapy session, I was entertaining the idea of a possible spinal surgery due to my pain levels. I was walking daily with a rollator. They have worked with me to learn how to manage my pain better, educated me on what muscles needed strengthening and I am now walking freely without my rollator!! I do have to take pain medication daily however, I can now go to the gym to use the biodex bike usually 3 times a week, I know where to place my electrodes to get better relief from my tens device and I have put surgery on the back burner, so to speak, to try all the techniques that they taught me to help control my ailing spine and weak muscles. Also, I have reduced my pain medication daily now that I can move much better. I highly recommend Cone Health Outpatient Rehabilitation at Madison to anyone needing outpatient rehabilitation services because they are truly skilled, professional and a caring team that work so well together!!! I will only use them in the future because they have made a big difference in my life!! Thank you and God bless each of you!!! Donna

Everyone at this facility was friendly, personable and so caring. Jennifer worked with my mom and made her feel very comfortable and was very compassionate. Exceptional facility. Would highly recommend any of the PT staff there.

April is wonderful, very observant and knowledgeable- she helped make physical therapy tolerable twice. Jennifer is awesome, sessions go quickly with her; she knows what’s going on and is very helpful.
