I wanted to like this place more than I did. Came for a weekday event and grabbed the jerk chicken plate, which had decent flavor but was dry and lukewarm. The vibes were cool—DJ was spinning Afrobeats and the space had a really welcoming energy . Parking is all street up in that area near Ralph David Abernathy, and it was packed. Pricing felt a little high for what ended up being a cafeteria-style setup. Might catch another event if the lineup is good.

I can't recommend Connect the Culture enough! They helped me plan a surprise party(In a record amount of time), and the entire experience was seamless from start to finish. Eshia Rae was incredibly easy to work with and truly went above and beyond to make sure every detail was taken care of. Instead of me having to search for vendors or handle everything on my own, her and her team managed it all—making the planning process stress-free and super convenient. They really took the time to understand my vision and brought it to life perfectly. Amazing customer service, great communication, and an unforgettable event. Thank you, Eshia Rae and Connect the Culture!
