Justin was very polite and professional. Made some repairs and reprogrammed our system for max efficiency. Then he coached us on what to look for and when to make changes, reminding us that he was always available if we needed anything at all. Overall, great service at a reasonable prices.
The technician, Sean, was great. We discussed a couple of options to fix the problem, I asked for the quickest and most cost-effective one, and he finished the job in less than 10 minutes. Called in with my request and had someone at my home within a couple hours. They were super friendly, extremely knowledgeable and quick to repair the issue I had. They provided some insights into other things I should be aware of, but did not pressure the sale at all. Would highly recommend them!
We’ve called Controlled Rain twice now for separate issues with our irrigation line. Both times, the tech explained the problem, repaired the issues in a swift and efficient manner, and showed up when they said they would, which is a huge factor for me when handing out stars on Google. Highly recommend, and will continue to use them in the future.

Service was great and next day appointment was a pleasant surprise! Had a problem with an emitter line that i couldn't figure out. Justin diagnosed problem in minutes and resolved it in 1 stop. Also fully inspected all lines, valves and watering schedules and made suggestions. Highly recommend!
Jonathan did a great job of quickly diagnosing and repairing my leaking irrigation valves and explained how everything worked and proper settings for various plants. I gave him 5 stars but that doesn’t seem like enough. The price was very reasonable and they came out the morning after I called. They have earned my business going forward!
Robert from Controlled Rain came to replace the main sprinkler valves. He did it quick and clean. Their follow up is amazing. We scheduled and they kept me posted on Robert coming over within the window that they said. Very professional. Definetly will use them again.
