Meant to write this review last fall but getting the boat ready for summer reminded me to do so now. Paul was great to work with and did a great job winterizing our boat. Would recommend him to any boaters in NOCO.

Called and left a voicemail about a week and half ago about scheduling an appointment, called back twice since then. Won't return calls or messages. *****call was from my husband same last namee. Picture shows 32 sec voicemail Thursday April 17th. That was the second one that he had left.

We never recieved any message or call from this person we are closed sundays and mondays but usually reply with in the day or next. Well we are very busy we try to answer all calls asap. But seeing how your a google review queen probably good I didn't do any business with you.

Paul was very helpful with a boat we bought from him, We took it out on the water and then we had an issue with the transmission, so I reached out and he talked me through a bunch of troubleshooting things and got us in the next weekend and was able to fix it for us.

Having two young kids, performance, reliability, and safety on larger lakes like Lake Mack, Lake Glendo, and Lake Guernsey are top priorities for me. Mr. Cook has been nothing but honest and fair, consistently providing quality work. His extensive marine mechanic experience allows him to anticipate and address potential issues. I brought my boat to Paul during the peak boating season, and he returned it on time, perfectly fixed, so we could get back on the water. My Sea Ray MerCruiser now runs and performs better than when I first bought it used four years ago. Thanks for great service.
