I had a great experience with Coolinary Arts Heating and Cooling. They were professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. The service was completed quickly, and they made sure everything was working properly before they left. It is hard to find dependable service these days, but they definitely delivered. I highly recommend them for any heating or cooling needs!

It can be so hard to find good, reliable help in Dallas, but Coolinary Arts really delivered. The owner came out within two hours of my call, diagnosed the issue right away, and even managed to get the part and complete the repair the same day. Our air conditioner was back up and cooling before noon! The whole process was fast, professional, and stress-free. They did a fantastic job, and I can’t recommend them highly enough. Update: have used them several times since orginal post and are always thorough and reliable.

We’ve had continuous issues with our A/C system since we moved into this home a year ago. We called Coolinary Arts and they have been great. Dylan was on time, thorough in his assessment and he didn’t try to upsell me, which I was grateful for. He just did his best to address the immediate need. And as a result, I will be using Coolinary Arts for our HVAC needs going forward. It’s very refreshing to find a trade service that aims to put the customer first and charge a reasonable fee for the service.
