Gabriel Jowers was the technician who came and worked on my air conditioning. He did a fantastic job and even found problems that I didn’t know existed and even though he had to work longer than expected, he got everything done and they got it done right. I highly recommend him and cool Ray

I would say Coolray is one of the most reliable HVAC companies in the region. It is owned by the Wrench Group, a national home services provider and backed by a private equity firm Leonard Green & Partners. While this brings expectability and some professionalism, it also does put them in a higher bracket in terms of pricing when it comes to buying equipment or parts. In my personal experience we really liked our technician Dylan H. He is very thorough and he explains and answers everything in detail with patience. He gets my 5 star! One thing that I don’t like with Coolray is their time window which is 6 hours and they lock you in at home although they give a notice 20-30 mins before their technician arrives. Another thing that needs to be improved is about reaching out to a real person for booking an appointment. Their AI rep just holds you over the phone for a long time before you get an actual person. Overall, if you need reliability and professional service I would recommend Coolray. But If you are buying a full system or parts always compare them with some others in the region which may be 30-40 percent less expensive.
