Nice little park with lots of shade. Great for hot days when the sun is out. Has a lot of walking paths despite the small size.

Adorable park hidden near the airport. The covered trails are connected in an interesting way. There’s a pond/ stream, meditation benches, picnic tables, and small art features. The parking lot is huge, so it’s probably convenient unless there’s a sports game at one of the adjacent fields.

One of the few parks around with a decent amount of marked trails through it, they’ve got an area for kids to play in sand and plenty of space. —— edit 05/2026 brown dog ticks are in the brush next to trails be careful

For me, being in the flight path for DFW International Airport is a plus, and there is a field with baseball diamonds just beyond the trails where planes fly overhead. I hope that after much more rain, the creek will flow healthily and the vegetation will look better.
