*Edit to say that your scripted response is worthless. We have vacated the unit as stated. When you treat good customers poorly this is the result.* Would give zero but can't. I was a good paying customer for at least a year or more. Suddenly out of the blue got a notice of impending lien action and said I was late. I had zero balance and it was not past due. They said it was not a threat but just a "reminder" the bill was due that day. I disagree. A lien is a legal action taken against someone who is not paying, and I was paid up every month. If you don't mind being needlessly harassed, go ahead and store your stuff here but I am not playing their games. I moved out and have one less bill to pay - they will never get my business again.

Although the physical property has limitations for vehicles, the facility meets expectations. Customer service via phone is consistently good, having spoken with Jeanine about rentals and documentations. She has been respectful and courteous every call.
