I've been a customer of Copperfalls for many years but lately I've been focused on monthly facials, which are wonderful. Yesterday I indulged in a 60 minute massage with Kori, and it was absolutely amazing! She started the session by asking about any concerns or issues I had, then gave me an incredible deep tissue massage. I will definitely add more massages into my routine now that I have experienced her wonderful style and techniques - - thanks Kori!

Lily, Kori and Karen were excellent. I really appreciated how special they made Madeline feel, especially Lily. Madeline joined me for lunch and got emotional about how wonderful and considerate Lily was during her facial, so that means a lot to know she was in such great hands. We’ll be back, for certain.

This is our favorite spa for massages and facials, but they only have 2 people working on Saturday’s and one on Sundays. This has been an issue for a while now. I said casually to the gal on the phone oh you must be short staffed and she said no we just have two people Saturday and one on Sunday and was rude when I said yeah I figured you would have more being a weekend. Maybe others can come in the middle of a workday but I feel like accommodating clients who work during the week as well as those who have been going there for 14 years would be more of a priority.

Had a great massage, unfortunately the effects of it faded at checkout. I had $150 gift card and was then charged $5 cc fee which was not disclosed to me prior to paying. I asked the receptionist about it and she said it's 3% and was arguing about how it's "only 3%". Two problems with this; this should have been clearly disclosed prior to my appt and also I was charged 3% of the total not what was actually charged on my debit card. They also failed to write how much the gift card was for originally on the envelope and my husband thought it was for $200 so now I have to have him go into his bank statements to double check as they never provided a reciept. This is the second strike for this place, that I want to love but management is not great so I will continue to avoid.
Christina cut my hair beautifully. I have not had a really great cut in 10 years. Also, I have been having hair loss & she was very knowledgeable & helpful!
