We highly recommend Core Construction and are so thankful for our experience with them!
My husband and I, along with our three children, relocated from Southern California to Clarksville in 2023. We had hopes and dreams of purchasing our first home in Tennessee as housing costs continued to rise in California. After renting for two years and exploring many different floor plans from various builders, we came across Core Construction.
After speaking with a friend, we discovered that the owner of Core Construction was related to her husband. We connected with John the builder and met with him to tour different layouts. We explained that having a large living room was a priority for our family, and he showed us one of their floor plans that checked nearly every box on our wish list. We immediately knew it was the right fit for us.
One of the things we appreciated most was being able to choose our lot and choose so many aspects of our home, including the kitchen countertops, cabinets, flooring, carpet, and more. Throughout the entire process, John and Laura answered all of our questions, addressed our concerns, and made us feel like family. Buying your first home—especially without existing home equity—can be overwhelming and stressful, but they made the experience much less intimidating.
We also appreciated the one-year builder's warranty. Whenever we noticed small items that needed attention, they were quick to respond, make repairs, and follow up to ensure everything was taken care of properly.
We are incredibly grateful that God connected us with John and Laura. They are truly talented at what they do, genuinely care about their clients, and will treat you well every step of the way. We couldn't be happier with our home and highly recommend Core Construction to anyone looking to build a home in the Clarksville area.

My husband and I recently moved into our new home built by Core Construction. It was a very pleasant and exciting experience working with Laura, John and couple of their other assistants. They were available and willing to go above and beyond to make things right for us. The quality and some of the features are great as we didn’t expect some of the extras that we received 😊. They truly did a great job, and we would definitely recommend them to future buyers!!
