Mr. Corona came out and took care stair and landing installation, a project I’ve been putting off to the last few months he cleared it out in one day. He was a professional throughout the whole process, even took care of my deliveries while I was away at work. Would definitely hire again for any flooring projects.

Hector, Guilberto, Jose and Hector Jr did a wonderful job installing our new carpet and laminate flooring and baseboards for us. Hector is very good at his trade. I reached out to this company on May 2 regarding a fairly large flooring project involving both LVP installation and full carpet replacement for a recently purchased home. I provided detailed information about the scope of work, timeline, and availability for a walkthrough estimate. After receiving no response, I sent a follow-up email several days later expressing continued interest in working with them and asking if they had availability for the project. I still have not received any reply. I understand companies can be busy, but eight days without any communication or acknowledgment is disappointing, especially for a project involving significant renovation work and scheduling coordination prior to move-in. Even a brief response declining the job would have been appreciated. *Edit* Thank you for the response and clarification. I had already explained the property was a recently purchased vacant home, and I also chose not to immediately provide personal information such as the home address before first verifying the company and establishing communication, which I believe is a reasonable precaution. Based on your stated policy of not taking on jobs with clients who are out of the country, I will make sure fellow military members are aware that your company will not work with customers who are overseas during military assignments or deployments.

We’ve recently been receiving a large number of similar emails from overseas senders, and unfortunately yours was filtered along with them. That said, several details in your email raised concerns for us. You mentioned being overseas with limited phone connection, have not moved into the house yet and that email is the only reliable way to communicate. You also did not provide the location of the house at all. We do not take on jobs with clients who are out of the country.
