Josh is a master of his craft. Only barber I have come across who can do a true low fade that blends and transitions into the longer hair. Due to his expertise, I will be a lifetime client.

I met Steven in 2015 when first moving to Marin. He has been my barber ever since. He has teamed up with Josh to create the modern, clean and cool Corte Madera Barbershop. Both bring a perfect balance of professionalism and friendliness that makes the experience feel personal and relaxed while still being top-tier. Steven has a great eye for detail and always takes the time to make sure the cut is just right. He’s approachable, easy to talk to, and clearly passionate about his craft. Josh is equally skilled—super efficient without ever making the appointment feel rushed. The shop itself has a welcoming vibe, and it’s clear that customer satisfaction is a top priority. Highly recommend both Steven and Josh.
I’ve been a regular customer of Steven Ghio for several years, commuting from the East Bay as he offers something special. Not only is the cut itself consistently high-quality, but it’s an enjoyable experience to be in his chair, interact and connect - to reset from a busy, sometimes hectic, professional/family life. He listens, brings an easygoing-but-efficient attention. More recently I have brought my sons to him and they’ve grown to like him too. 10 stars out of 5!
