I was very impressed with Cosmopolitan. They took an area rug that had not been cleaned in years and made it look and smell wonderful. We have pets and smokers in the house and they handled all the issues we had with the rug. Wonderful to work with.

I was given a nice little wool rug that didn’t look or smell dirty but I wanted it cleaned. The friendly people at Cosmopolitan did such a wonderful job! The colors are now much more vibrant and the nice rug became a beautiful rug. The price was inline with what I expected and the rug was ready as promised.

They did an excellent job with my area rug! I highly recommend them. My dog had accidents when he was younger and I babysat a friend‘s puppy who definitely had a puppy bladder, so my rug was ready to be cleaned. It looks like they got most (if not all) of it out. There are no apparent spots. It did take a week or two because they had to go over it several times, but it was WELL worth the wait. The office people were helpful and responsive and the owner set honest and appropriate expectations for the cleaning. I will use them again in the future.
