Costa Home Inspection

Super thorough and exceptional home service! John and his wife Raquel did an amazing job. They were on time. Super thorough paid attention to all the detail and had our best interest in their heart. I highly recommend this home Inspection company you will not be disappointed. He sat down with me after the Home# inspection and went through all of his findings and all of the photos to explain everything to us. He took a lot of pride and making sure his job and report was top notch. He spent over two hours thoroughly inspecting the property appliances, plumbing electrical structure interior If you would like a great home inspection done for a very reasonable cost I highly recommend him. Thank you again for your service.

John is an amazing home inspector! As a first time homebuyer I have little to no experience in what to look for when looking at homes. But John was very helpful, patient, knowledgeable, and kind in answering my questions. Highly recommend Mr. Costa for home inspections!

John did an amazing job at inspecting our potential home. He was very efficient and took his time with every little detail in the home. He was very friendly and open to any questions we had. I would definitely recommend him and will be using him again in the future for other homes!

John is fantastic to work with. His communication and attention to detail are second to none. John was very easy to schedule the inspection with, showed up on time and communicated all the issues he found with us in detail. I fully recommend using Costa Home Inspection.

Home inspected today on 4/19/25. If I can give more then 5 stars I would. Seeing Mr. Costa's super clean red pickup parked by the curb was one of the first impression that I got of knowing that I would be in good hands. Its an old truck but a very well taken cared of one. If he takes care of his things, he'll take care of you. (5stars) Mr. Costa is a people person, rare nowadays. He is very knowledgeable and values integrity. After the home inspection, Mr. Costa thoroughly explained to me what the home needed along with great recommendations. Look no further, give Mr. Costa a call before you go else were. I have called other places and was charged alot more for the same inspection. Mr. Costa, thank you for all that you do for the community, we need more honest people like you. I will be recommending you to others.

If you're on the fence about whether to get a home inspection, this is your sign to do it—and if you're wondering who to trust with the job, look no further than John! The price was extremely reasonable, but what truly set this experience apart was the peace of mind knowing that we had someone we could rely on to do the job thoroughly and professionally. Choosing Costa Home Inspections was hands down one of the best decisions we've made. Although my husband and I couldn’t join the third-party inspection for our new build, John made the entire process seamless through clear and consistent communication over the phone. He was prompt, professional, and truly went above and beyond. He delivered the inspection report exactly when he promised, and it was incredibly easy to understand. John also took the time to walk me through all the key findings, pointing out things we would have missed without his expertise. Overall, I’m beyond satisfied with the service and wholeheartedly recommend John for any home inspection needs!

I recently had the pleasure of working with John from Costa Home Inspection, and I couldn’t be more impressed with his professionalism and thoroughness. From the moment he arrived, John was punctual, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable. He took the time to carefully inspect every corner of the property, walking me through each area of concern and answering all of my questions along the way. I especially appreciated how he provided clear explanations about both the major issues and minor maintenance tips, giving me a complete understanding of the home’s condition. The inspection report was delivered promptly and was detailed, with helpful photos and easy to understand descriptions. I felt completely confident in John’s expertise, and I highly recommend Costa Home Inspection to anyone in need of a reliable, knowledgeable home inspector!
