We were really looking forward to an initial first deep clean from this company however received a basic standard wipe down and vacuum service that we can do on our own. The person they sent said they would go over a check list after completing to make sure we are satisfied however that did not take place. We had to keep asking her about missed spots. So much dust left behind and marks that we had to finish ourselves. Sadly we not book again. We will check other companies and not recommend cottage.

My dog had an accident prior to their arrival, I promptly mopped it up. After 45 minutes of “cleaning”, the manager showed up and said they couldn’t clean because of the pee. It was a “biohazard”. Pee is sterile, not to mention I had mopped it up. They mentioned they could come back in two days. Why would I welcome them back into my home? In all fairness, the first cleaning I got from them was good. My expectations were high and I was disappointed. If you’re looking for reliability this is not it.
I’m so glad I found CottageCare. Ginger has been cleaning our home for a few years now and I’ve never had a complaint. She is thorough and always very pleasant. I wouldn’t want anyone else cleaning our home. Management has also been a breeze to work with as well.
