From the very beginning, our booking experience with Kevin, the owner, was exceptional. Kevin was responsive, professional, friendly, and incredibly easy to work with. He took the time to answer all of our questions, made the reservation process seamless, and ensured every detail was taken care of. It’s clear that he genuinely cares about his customers and takes great pride in his business. Our driver, Mike, was absolutely amazing. From the moment he picked us up, he was warm, courteous, and professional. He made us feel comfortable right away and treated us like valued guests rather than just customers. Mike was punctual, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure our experience was perfect from start to finish. The vehicle was spotless, comfortable, and well-maintained, and Mike’s safe driving allowed us to relax and enjoy the ride. I would strongly discourage anyone looking for a quality party bus experience from using Couples Limousines. I booked a party bus for my daughter’s 18th birthday expecting a clean, well-maintained vehicle for an important milestone celebration. What arrived was completely unacceptable. The outside of the bus had paint visibly chipping all over it, making the vehicle look poorly maintained and unprofessional. When I asked to inspect the inside before allowing anyone to board, I found streamers still hanging from the ceiling and trash/debris all over the floor from a previous event. The bus clearly had not even been cleaned before being sent out to customers. To make matters worse, when the party returned and I greeted them at the door, the bus door would not even open properly. The driver had to get out and manually force the door open himself. That was the final confirmation of how poorly maintained this vehicle was. This company ruined what was supposed to be a special birthday experience for my daughter. There is absolutely no excuse for sending out a vehicle in that condition while charging customers for a premium service. If you care about quality, professionalism, cleanliness, safety, or making your event feel special, I highly recommend choosing another company.

My daughter and her friends were so surprised and had so much fun riding in a limo for the first time. The driver showed up a little bit early, which was great because we had a last-minute schedule change at the event that ended WAY earlier than expected. Mr. Guy was very nice and polite, and he got us to all of our destinations safely (though our ride ended about an hour early). My only issue was, I was told that my quote included soda, water, ice, balloons, red carpet and photos but all we had were little warm bottles of water. Part of the reason I chose them over the other limo services that I had considered was because I thought they were going to provide what they said was included, so I was slightly disappointed.

I have traveled several times using Couples Limousines with family and friends and have always had a wonderful experience. The company is very professional, the limousines always clean, and the chauffeur always kind and helpful, and, of course, with great drivering, alertness, and awareness of surroundings.
