Our hot water heater didn't heat consistently. Darren took a look and gave us the options and price of getting it fixed vs a new one. It was 18 years old so opted for the new one. Darren and Dylan came the next day and a few hours later we had hot water. They were both very professional and answered all questions. We have used Covenant for several years and would highly recommend them.

I had some water pressure issues and I used the site to send a message and got an email within the hour, a tech was at my home a few hours later and fixed my water pressure issues quickly and even walked me through why it was happening and what he did to fix it. Great customer support, great communication and professional tech who are friendly, and knowledgable.

Miles F was very professional and courteous. He fixed everything that I needed and showed me what was broken. I did have a problem with my hot water after Miles left, so I called the company and they sent Cameron L right away. Cameron identified the issue and fixed the issue. This company did an excellent job. The price was a little high, plus the quality and guarantee is worth it. Please use this company for your plumbing needs.

I called for an appointment and the next day they came. I like that they text when they are on their way and let us know who the technician will be. The technician Colton was knowledgeable and fixed my problem quickly. I definitely recommend this company.

We had a great experience with Covenant Plumbing. Called to have a toilet repair and sump pump check and was able to get an appointment quickly. Darren arrived promptly, reviewed the work, provided a documented estimate, and scheduled the work promptly. He was a pleasure to work with and immediately left me feeling comfortable and confident with the recommendation and work order. He explained everything clearly and answered questions without hesitation. I won’t hesitate to call Covenant Plumbing again for repairs and for regular home plumbing maintenance. I appreciate the ability to use a locally owned company that values their customers, treats them with respect and runs the business ethically and with integrity.
