What a wonderful guy Will is! He is honest, trustworthy and comfortable to be around! He went above and beyond! Kept us informed the entire time. He is very knowledgeable in his trade. Since changing out or system our pg&e has gone down significantly! Can’t say enough good things about Cozy Comditions!

AC went out in our home during a heat wave. Went on an FB group for recommendations on AC techs and the community mentioned Cozy Conditions a few times. Called Will and was greeted warmly on the phone and, lucky us, he had availability to come the same day. Will’s communication before, during and after our service was great. He took the time to explain everything and got us up and running shortly after. Would definitely recommend and glad to have him as a contact for any future HVAC needs.

We had a great experience with Cozy Conditions. Will, the owner, was prompt, professional, and communicated clearly with us throughout the entire process. He showed up on time, explained everything in a way that was easy to understand, and made sure all our questions were answered regarding the replacement of our furnace and a/c. . The pricing was fair, especially considering the quality of the work and level of service provided. It’s not always easy to find someone reliable in this field, but this was definitely a positive experience from start to finish. We had a great experience with Cozy Conditions HVAC. The owner, Will, was knowledgeable and transparent throughout the entire process, which made a potentially stressful situation much easier to navigate. He clearly explained the issue with our freon leak and walked us through multiple options to fix it without any pressure. After considering everything, we decided to replace our system, and I’m glad we did. The installation was completed within the exact timeframe he estimated, and everything went smoothly from start to finish. In addition, the cost was very competitive compared to other quotes that we received from local contractors. Will communicated well throughout the process and was always friendly and personable. So thankful I was able to connect with this company to handle my furnace repair. I found them on Nextdoor app and from the start in all our conversations Will was very professional, prompt, and courteous. He explains everything before hand. It was a gas valve repair. The pricing came in at a very fair price for my budget. So lucky to have found him.
