Chef Denis was absolutely fantastic! Patient and prepared, he walked my partner and I through the entire process of cooking a beautiful meal together. He started with fundamentals and preparation, carried us through stovetop techniques, and finished with plating! His 50 years of experience as a professional chef shone through the whole night, and his great sense of humor made the whole evening fun. Highly recommend Chef Denis for anyone seeking a great and personal experience!
