We did the cozymeal cooking class as part of our team building activity. It was very fun and interactive. We learned so much about the different dishes, Chef Dirk and his assistant, Max, were also very friendly and funny! They had fun giveaways as well. The food was delicious. We were a group of 14 and it was just a new and refreshing way to have dinner with your colleagues apart from the traditional business meal dinner. highly recommend. They provide aprons for you but we brough our own company branded aprons.

What a great experience. My wife and I joined Chef Edmund’s pork dumpling class with 3 other couples. He created a comfortable and fun environment where complete strangers felt at ease, learned the art of dumplings (we still need practice) and then enjoyed the fruits of our labor. Chef is a great instructor who help explain the techniques in simple terms and also encourage us to not take ourselves too seriously. We plan to practice our new learned skills frequently and experiment with other fillings. Thank you Chef Edmund

What a fantastic class! Chef Polly has a great way of explaining ingredients and combinations and empowering students to gain the confidence to experiment on their own. Cooking at her house made it feel like she was an old friend. Highly recommend this class!
