Very knowledgeable and gave real life scenarios to think through. Class was a mixture of hands on learning and discussion. I feel prepared if I ever was in a situation where CPR was needed.

CPR on all ages and AED training was in person, first aid is full online. CPR & AED had amazing visual aids and supportive instructors with funny dad jokes that really set you up for success. This training was great!!!

The thing I like most is he uses the mannequins that are responsive to your practical skills, so you can see what would be effective in a real life scenario.

Jay made this class really enjoyable and easy to understand! I definitely recommend him for getting your BLS certification.

The class sizes are small so you are able to have hands on learning!

I really enjoyed this course. I was nervous before but I enjoyed this class and feel very proud that I completed it and I will definitely comeback to it again when I need to renew my certification. Thank you for this experience.

I took my renewal certification with Jay and he was a fantastic instructor! Stayed on task and included each student from teenagers to middle aged, which I enjoyed and appreciated! He is an efficient and informative instructor!

Great class! Felt like it went by so quickly, and learned a few more things that I didn’t from a previous BLS class!
