I cannot recommend Lexi enough! I’ve been going to her for 3 years for filler, masseter Botox, and lip flips, and my results have been amazing every single time! She is incredibly knowledgeable and talented, explains everything thoroughly, and talks you through every step of the process. She is so understanding when I get nervous and always makes me feel comfortable, cared for, and heard. She truly is the best at what she does, and I’m so glad I found someone I can trust! 🤍
Was a first time client at Crafted Skin Clinic and left feeling anything but a new client, more so like a transaction. No welcome my name is, what are your concerns, or thank you for coming in.
I came in for microneedling and was in and out in less than 25 minutes. ‘Fill out this form, lay down, post treatment info was emailed to you, pay. Bye’. The microneedling was good, but because the lack of customer service I will not be returning.

During the injection process she was talking me through every poke and continuously checking on me and making sure my experience was exceptional. This was my first time getting lip filler. Alexis was amazing. She scheduled me within a couple days, and on a Saturday. She is very personable, answered all my questions and was very thorough explaining everything she did to me and why. I was very happy with how my lips turned out and I really appreciated Alexis' care and knowledge.
I've been going to Alexis for a few years. She has extensive knowledge and will make sure you are comfortable & understand the procedures. Her customer service is outstanding, the clinic is beautiful, & I always leave feeling like I was a priority and not just another patient walking through her door! Highly recommend!
