Very professional and nice
Seth did a great thorough job and explained to me where to watch for raccoons in the winter.
We love Crandell! We are always happy to see our techs. They are kind and thorough, always communicates when they are on their way and they are always on time, if not early. Our most recent visit was with Michael. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and was able to provide the solution we needed the same day.…
Crandall Pest Control have been providing their services to our home for over a year. Have no complaints 👌. As a formal customer service consultant, they're the real deal. From call center, field representative to results. Great service 👏
Seth is always phenomenal With both his job knowledge And customer service skills and he is great with working around my dog and my chickens!
Andrew was great. He explained the inside chemical that he was using versus the outside. Chemical was very polite and conscientious. I will use Andrew again thank you.
Awesome service! Thank you!

Really loving Crandell Pest Control. Their staff is always friendly and professional.
Brandon did a great job. He listened to my concerns and took care of our issues.
Randy is always respectful of my property, professional, thorough and friendly!
Johnathan was very professional and courteous. He did a great job. Thanks.
Randy came and sprayed yesterday. I was given a two hour window as to when he would be at our house; however, per Randy’s usual habit, he let me know when he was about 20 minutes out. I really like that he does that so I can gauge his approximate arrival time. We will continue to have Crandell Pest Control service…
Chelsea did a very good job.And Answered my Queries and Also Addressed to Some concerns. Hope to continue getting service with her as She's aware of All problem areas and stuff.Thanks.
Randy communicates with me prior to arriving. Arrives when he says he will and does a thorough job.
Very friendly and thorough
I've used Crandell Pest Control several times for a wide variety of issues: ants, outdoor pests, and even skunks under the house. Today, Johnathan came to start my new annual treatment. He is a class A gentleman. Very kind. Very helpful. Did a great job. But then - all the people I've had out from Crandell have done a great job!
For the start up visit for what I paid I was expecting a more indept spraying than what I received... He sprayed very lightly inside the perimeter of the house and inside the crawl space underneath the house. Maybe that is how you teach the technicians how to spray the areas in a home but I thought it was not as…
Randy did a great job spraying the house and yard. He made sure the dogs were a save distance from him while spraying. We had a number of died crickets the next morning outside around our patio. Thank you so much! Rob B
Very good company. They do an extensive spraying around the house and yard. Person knowledgeable and friendly. Will definitely use again
As someone who absolutely hates anything with more than four legs, Crandell makes it very easy for me to not think about the existence of arthropods. Their techs (mine is Mike!) always seem to be very respectful and helpful with tips and tricks. (Haven't seen a single weed since their treatment either!) Easy value for the money. A good bunch of people.
Have used their service monthly for many years and am always satisfied
Seth was on time, friendly, professional and thorough!
Chelsey was a great tech! She even put my Amazon package in for me. I felt confident enough to leave the house as soon as she got there and know that everything would be fine. She locked everything up and did a thorough job.
Randy was awesome! Respectful and diligent. Thank you
Jonathan arrived when he said he would, he was very polite and took the time to listen to our concerns and address them efficiently. Overall an excellent experience and I would recommend him and your company to anybody
First time, all went well except he was early so he had start outside until I got home
Arrived on time, answered all my questions, good rapport
Jonathan was polite and professional
Always friendly & thorough!
Great, efficient, and kind as always.
New customer Seth was great
Been using Crandall for years. Great customer service and Mike is a great tech
Alex came by and did a great job getting a hold of me to get my daughter to answer my door instead of leaving the job site. (Has happened with other companies) He did a thorough job and had to work around enough boxes to fill a 4 bedroom house. I'm in a3 bedroom now. Lol He even got rid of a wasps nest for me. Great company!!!
Crandell Exterminators is the best pest control company that we have known or used. They are thoroughly professional, friendly, and down-to-earth. We’re happy we found them, and highly recommend them.
Had a really great experience with Alex of Crandell Pest Control. He’s super knowledgeable, friendly, and just easy to talk to. Took the time to explain everything in a way that actually made sense and didn’t make it feel rushed at all. You can tell he cares about doing a good job and making sure you’re comfortable…
Seth did a fantastic job! Very thorough and professional. Highly recommend.
Dude murdered all the bugs in true Spartan style
The technician (Johnathan) who performed my service texted me before his arrival as I had requested. He did the job quickly and I was able to keep my pets safe while he performed the service. Working with Crandell is always a great customer service experience.
He was very polite and friendly; he helped me with my questions, and his work was exceptional.
