Jonathan-from crandell pest control is awesome! Every time! He is great at communicating and goes above and beyond every time he is out! Crandell has the best guys working for them
I've used Crandell Pest Control several times for a wide variety of issues: ants, outdoor pests, and even skunks under the house. Today, Johnathan came to start my new annual treatment. He is a class A gentleman. Very kind. Very helpful. Did a great job. But then - all the people I've had out from Crandell have done a great job!
Great work!
I just have to say I love this company, reminds me that family owned companies still are the best to use. Preston is such a professional, as is all his staff. We had killer bees, termites, you name it and Crandell Pest control got all of it taken care of timely, and for a good price. Thanks for being there for me when I needed you. Your the best.
Team at Crandell are all awesome, and Seth goes above and beyond!! And always educating and informative. Excellent customer service and communication!
As someone who absolutely hates anything with more than four legs, Crandell makes it very easy for me to not think about the existence of arthropods. Their techs (mine is Mike!) always seem to be very respectful and helpful with tips and tricks. (Haven't seen a single weed since their treatment either!) Easy value for the money. A good bunch of people.
Great service, professional conduct. Very personable and informative. He made a good first impresion.
Seth was outstanding! Our neighbors noticed how much time and attention to detail our pest service is with your company. They will more than likely start using your company. Thank you Seth! Job well done.

Seth was very thorough and did a full pest control of my cabin property. He explained any concerns I had. He was even gracious enough to help me get my lawn mower started🥰
Always pleased with Randy's thorough ness and professionalism 👍
Good job
Alex came by and did a great job getting a hold of me to get my daughter to answer my door instead of leaving the job site. (Has happened with other companies) He did a thorough job and had to work around enough boxes to fill a 4 bedroom house. I'm in a3 bedroom now. Lol He even got rid of a wasps nest for me. Great company!!!
Edwin was helpful and polite. He explained that what he was doing and why and do so professionally!
Crandell Exterminators is the best pest control company that we have known or used. They are thoroughly professional, friendly, and down-to-earth. We’re happy we found them, and highly recommend them.
Good job
Dude murdered all the bugs in true Spartan style
This was my first appointment with Crandell Pest Control. Alex was wonderful! He listened to all my bug phobias 😂 and put me at ease. He destroyed all the spider webs that snuck up on me every time I went outside. I look forward to continuing service and building a long term relationship with this company. Thanks Alex!
Great, consistent experience. Their plans are very flexible and have honest pricing. Randy is communicative and does a thorough job every time.
Brandon was professional, knew what he was talking about. He was pleasant to have at our home.
Alex was friendly, knowledgeable and thorough. Thank you!
Everybody with whom I have been connected at this service are very polite and business-like and gladly answer all my questions. I am very glad for that knock on the door them asking if I had ever considered a bug extermination service. I did need the service and they did a great job.
Love the service! Always on time and on the day they promise. I also receive a call to remind me of the day and approximate time they will be here. Also, I have the ability to pay on-line with an app they provide. I asked Rand to pay special attention to an area under the humming bird feeder because of the sugar…
Always professional, friendly and efficient! I highly recommend Brandon. Maybe a few dead bugs outside garage, but NO bugs inside! Thank you Brandon and Crandell.
Alex came to do regular service today. We decided we wanted to add termite protection. As usual Alex was professional and helpful.
Randy always does a great job servicing our house. We live in an area with a lot of scorpions and they keep us scorpion free. We have used Crandell Pest Control for over 15 years. We love their service!!
Crandell does an awesome job keeping my home critter free! Randy is top notch! He is great at communicating when he will be arriving and when the job is complete, is prompt, and super friendly! Very thorough, and I have not see any creepy crawlers! Thanks to Randy and Crandell!
Randy promptly notified me when he would be home but the real test is no critters in my house in future. You will be notified if that happens
Mike always does a solid job with the pest control. We also had the weed service and we have not had any weeds since!

Our experience with Crandell has been fantastic! The technician that came by was very friendly and professional. He walked us through all our options and was very transparent about what they could and couldn't do. They always do weed control which I'm excited to try out. Mike came out and performed great service for us.
Crandell Pest Control is great! We have used this company for our pest control needs for several years now and we have never had any issues. All of the techs and the office staff are super nice. Tech came out and was so nice and professional! I highly recommend Crandell Pest Control. Top notch service and very reasonably priced!
Seth came out to take care of the ant infestation I was having. Very professional and let me know when he was on his way.
Awesome Job
It was so awesome. I tried two different company’s first. Their customer service was horrible. I contacted Crandell and was contacted right away. Technician was right on time. Explained what he was going to. Got to work and now we do not have ants in the house any longer. The cost was very reasonable.
I have been using Crandell Pest Control for over 5 years now and they even sealed my home for scorpions. They are always so helpful when I have questions and I have seen a significant reduction in scorpions since. I would recommend them to anyone.
I don’t think the tech touched on all the spots I told him to because there were still spider webs on the play set and around the base of the house. You guys are usually pretty good for about three months. This time not.
