Pleasant and efficient.
Incredibly friendly, responsive and timely service. They explained in detail and were very courteous and meticulous. Great service and great value. Thanks Alex!
Today, Crandell Pest Control sent their technician Alex to my property to install termite control bait stations on my property. After having met the owner, Preston and his technician Alex I am confident that this was the right solution and the right company for me. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to…
Seth came out at the time window and was personable and, professional. Had to cut a small hole in the bedroom drywall. He vacuumed up the small mess and knocked down the tubes and then proceeded outside. After he left I went back to office and noticed another tube in the office. My fault for not realizing it when he was on site.
The service was excellent. Very knowledgeable! All the techs are polite, respectful, and nice.
Crandell Pest Control is great! We have used this company for our pest control needs for several years now and we have never had any issues. All of the techs and the office staff are super nice. We always receive a text reminder of when they are coming out for the next service. Our most recent tech was Alex and he…

This company has really good communication, services and they do great work. We've used Crandell for scorpions, termites, weed control all at reasonable cost. The owner Is very nice and they will continue to have our business if you in need of pest control service.
Seth is so informative and personable! He is thorough, even going around the eaves to clear webs away. He does a great job and the bugs and spiders are gone for quite awhile until it is time again to come spray. We are so pleased with the service at Crandall Pest Control!!
Very professional and thorough job.
Very professional and knowledgeable. Did not try to upsell services I did not need. Will definitely use this company again.
Really nice people and enjoy working with them. They do a great job and follow up.
Preston was great! He got back to me quickly after asking for an estimate from a home inspection, and was easy to work with. Reasonable costing, efficient, courteous, and an all-around positive experience!

Seth was great! Plenty of thorough communication about the service details and scheduling. On time, professional, and got the job done quick. They also cleaned up after! Thanks!
I left a message for a termite inspection. Company was quick to call back and scheduled within a week or so. Seth Dodge came to my home and told me what was in my favor and what he needed to do. The service was affordable with a warranty and I opted for additional pest treatment since I have black widows, roaches,…
Greats guys, knowledgeable, friendly and professional.
Seth was very informative and took his time answering any questions we had! He did a great job and we will be using them for our other properties!
The service provided was preventive in scope. We try and avoid issues so why not have treatment every thre years. This happened to be the second time for Crandall at our home. When compared to our previous contractor, Crandall is reasonably priced for the same job. Will stick with them.
It was great Good guys that know their work
Seth is the best! He is so thorough and completes the job that he said he would do. Very knowledgeable about termites and their habits. Highly recommend!

I found Crandell Pest Control on a FB group— they had tons of recommendations. I have to say I see why. Preston took the time to show me what needed to be done and explained it. He worked with one other guy. They were timely, cleaned up after themselves and worked quickly. They treated our home for termites. They…

Preston attended to our termite problem the very same day I called. He did part of the job that evening so the person installing the floor could continue working the next day. He and his helper came back the next day to finish their job. Very proffesional service.
They did a great job, being polite ,caring and when they were finished you would never had known they were there.Diffently recommend them to do the job.
