I like that I am notified when the technician is on his/her way. They are very courteous!
Seth was great, very friendly and professional. He did a complete inspection and treatment for ants, bugs and spiders. Also recommended treatment for termites. Great job and reasonable prices.
We love Crandell! We are always happy to see our techs. They are kind and thorough, always communicates when they are on their way and they are always on time, if not early. Our most recent visit was with Michael. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and was able to provide the solution we needed the same day.…
Seth was friendly and professional.
Our tech Seth was amazing! Very knowledgeable and thorough with the treatment we needed!
Brandon did a great job. He listened to my concerns and took care of our issues.
Seth was very knowledgeable and provided many answers to our questions. Made us feel at ease that acrobat ants and wasps had not made "permanent homes" yet so we caught them early. He thoroughly checked everything and sprayed all the areas to ensure they would not come back. Really appreciated the prompt response from Crandell and Seth's great attitude!
Seth is friendly and knowledgeable. Very responsive in scheduling and showing up. They’re our pest control company now.
We thought we had termites, but it was an extensive colony of acrobat ants in the wall of our home. The technician (Seth) immediately knew what the pests were. He did a very thorough and careful inspection before recommending the treatment that would be most effective. He was very clear about what would be done and…
Jonathan-from crandell pest control is awesome! Every time! He is great at communicating and goes above and beyond every time he is out! Crandell has the best guys working for them
I've used Crandell Pest Control several times for a wide variety of issues: ants, outdoor pests, and even skunks under the house. Today, Johnathan came to start my new annual treatment. He is a class A gentleman. Very kind. Very helpful. Did a great job. But then - all the people I've had out from Crandell have done a great job!
Y’all got a bunch of professional folks working for ya

Crandell Exterminators is the best pest control company that we have known or used. They are thoroughly professional, friendly, and down-to-earth. We’re happy we found them, and highly recommend them.
Brandon was professional, knew what he was talking about. He was pleasant to have at our home.
Love the service! Always on time and on the day they promise. I also receive a call to remind me of the day and approximate time they will be here. Also, I have the ability to pay on-line with an app they provide. I asked Rand to pay special attention to an area under the humming bird feeder because of the sugar…
Our experience with Crandell has been fantastic! The technician that came by was very friendly and professional. He walked us through all our options and was very transparent about what they could and couldn't do. They always do weed control which I'm excited to try out. Mike came out and performed great service for us.
I was very happy with our first visit from Crandell. We called them because a good friend referred us who's been satisfied with their services for more than five years. So far, we haven't seen another scorpion. I was pleased with how thorough and informative Seth was. I'm confident we've found a solution to our…

Seth came out to take care of the ant infestation I was having. Very professional and let me know when he was on his way.
Preston and his team are true professionals.. very knowledgeable and patient when we had questions they answered and explained exactly the process and how it would work! We set the appointment and the team showed up on time and completed the work . We signed up to have them return quarterly to keep the pest away. 110% recommend
It was so awesome. I tried two different company’s first. Their customer service was horrible. I contacted Crandell and was contacted right away. Technician was right on time. Explained what he was going to. Got to work and now we do not have ants in the house any longer. The cost was very reasonable.
Great service. We use the service
Absolutely the best pest control company I’ve ever used. I am always notified in advance of when a technician will be here. The technician rings the bell, and let me know when he or she has arrived, and when they are leaving. They do very thorough work and always friendly, always professional.
