AWFUL customer service and a very frustrating experience. Their mechanics did ok repair work, but I would not use this location ever again, I would not recommend it to anyone, and I will be telling all my family and friends to stay away.
It’s been FOUR weeks since my pickup, and the insurance company still hasn’t received the paperwork needed to reimburse me for my rental car, despite both the insurance company and I contacting them SO MANY times! Tom, the manager, repeatedly promised to send it in but never followed through.
From the very beginning, I was treated differently as a younger female customer, and almost every time I followed up, I was made to feel like I was inconveniencing them.
I will post more of my experience in the upcoming week.

Amber and Tom made a frustrating situation of getting rear-ended so much easier by communicating clearly, taking care of the repairs and being genuinely kind throughout the process. My car came back even cleaner than when I dropped it off and looks great again! I would highly recommend Crash Champions Rocky River- from the looks of the cars ready to be repaired, so would a lot of other people!

Had an appointment scheduled and received an automated text 2 days before saying the appointment was canceled and it'd be a week until the next availability without any other explanation. Tried calling the shop and the only person to speak to is the AI customer service rep.

I was recommended here by my insurance agent as a Honda certified repair shop. Tom and the girls up front are a terrific team!! I have had a great experience with my rear bumper last year and they didn’t disappoint having to do repairs to the front end of my Honda Odyssey. Very professional team service, great communication and delivery of services before my promised date without compromising the quality of my repair work! I will recommend you to friends and family in the area and hope we won’t meet again for some time!! Thank you all again.

Crash Champions were very friendly and helpful. They made the repair and rental car experience very easy. My car looked like new after the repair and they cleaned my car beautifully inside and out. I cannot comment on the price since insurance paid the bill and I never saw it.

I never leave bad reviews, but I strongly recommend avoiding this location. They "forgot" to order my parts for over three months. I had to call multiple times to get them to order the parts to then schedule the repairs. Once they finally did, they canceled my appointment for repairs 3-4x last minute with no explanation or availability to reschedule, resulting in another several weeks to months of waiting. I had to last minute cancel and reschedule multiple rental vehicles because of this. After trying to work with them for multiple months, I finally went to a different company and my car was fixed within a few weeks. I wish I had avoided this mess from the start as it took over 6 months to get a two week repair done.
The staff there were unhelpful, constantly got my name and information wrong despite it all being accurately on an insurance claim, and were very unresponsive. I can only speak to this location and as a customer with an insurance claim, but I recommend finding a different location or a different shop all together if you want timely professional repairs.
I can't speak to the actual repair service, as I never was able to even take my car in for repairs.

Thank you for your exemplary service today. Accommodating a minor repair in timely and more than fair fashion. In what I felt could be a “blow off “ job, they got me in and out. This type of service is rare. Very much appreciated and unexpected in today’s world. Thank you again.
