Customers frequently praise the company for its punctuality, thorough inspections, and clear communication regarding service schedules and pet safety. Reviews highlight the professionalism of technicians who address specific pest concerns and maintain regular appointments. However, a subset of negative feedback cites rude or condescending behavior from staff, along with complaints about excessive vehicle speeds and inconsistent follow-up on recurring issues.

Hi, Robert, glad to hear Michael provided professional and thoughtful service communication.
Crazy aunt does a wonderful job and they are thorough every time. The technicians that come out are very thoughtful, especially Zachary who went above and beyond today! Thank you!
I highly recommend having Zachary Hills as your technician. I feel he goes above and beyond to ensure everything is sprayed and all cobwebs are removed everywhere.
September 2026 Updated 5 star review for Crazy Ant Pest Control and specifically, service technician, Zachary Hillis.
Thanks so much Zach for your service today. I really appreciated your survey of my property before beginning work, and then following up with me about your findings.
Zachary Hillis was very respectful of my property and took extra care treating the inside of the garage as well as my citrus trees. I rely on Crazy Ant service. The entire team including the office is very professional and trustworthy. Thanks again.

Thank you Karen for the review. Michael is an amazing tech, we are lucky to have him on the Crazy Ant team. He'll enjoy hearing that he received a positive review. Thank you again.
I’ve been using Crazy Ant Pest Control for several years to control the various bugs and insects that light to sneak inside from the yard and the ants that won’t to take over my lawn. They have always sent respectful service technicians that have been great about controlling pests while ensuring the safety of my little dogs and my family. Esteban, a new technician, was considerate and professional making sure to use “eco-friendly” spray inside my home that would be safe around my little dogs and my pregnant daughter who is coming to visit. I really appreciated his making sure to safely prevent my having a bug problem.
