Reviewers highlight the ease of the process, including clear explanations, prompt cash payments, and helpful staff who handle paperwork smoothly. While the majority of feedback is positive, a small number of low-star reviews criticize the cash offers as significantly below market value and describe isolated incidents of property disputes or disrespectful behavior.

I’m using my son’s phone, because my phone is acting crazy. Anywho, Eddie is the ABSOLUTE BEST. I did the cash, for junk cars, he waited over 30 mins for me, because I’m NEVER ON TIME lol… anywho, I will be referring him, and I will do more business with him. Thank you so much Eddie, it’s Shanik 😊

Cat and Ed were very kind and made it easier for us to part with our beloved 2002 minivan. The communication by email was fantastic, and the job was scheduled for the next day. Ed arrived as planned and had no problem with us filling out the buyer's name on the title and making a copy for our records. He also provided a bill of sale and paid us in cash. We appreciate this company, and Cat and Ed.

My mom had a car she hadn’t needed in a long time, and I hadn’t been around to help her figure out what to do with it. I called them, scheduled a pickup, and they made the whole process easy. They showed up on time, paid her, and took the car. All she needed was the title. It was quick, simple, and a big help.
