I previously posted a positive review but hopefully this takes it down as I cannot in good conscience recommend this company. While they got the job done quick that’s where it ends. Customer service is non existent no one follows up let’s you know status and it’s been 7 months and my solar still isn’t on and everybody has a different story. No one is on top of it and unless I call it’s crickets. So unless you have time to do your job and theirs I don’t recommend using them.

Thank you so much for the kind words Jennifer! We really appreciate you recognizing Steve and the team’s hard work. Tight timelines and weather challenges are never easy. We’re grateful for the opportunity to earn your trust and are happy we could get the job done for you!
5 Star Company
You can tell they care about making sure you’re comfortable and informed before moving forward, which isn’t always the case with other companies!

Hi Moises, thank you so much for the 5-star review! We believe that a comfortable and informed homeowner is a happy one, so it’s great to hear that our team made you feel confident throughout the process.
At Creative Energy Solutions, we know that solar is a big decision, and we take pride in being the 'Mobile Home Solar Experts' who take the time to do things right. We’re glad we could provide a different experience than what you've seen elsewhere. Welcome to the solar family!
Everything was easy and everyone very nice and knowledgeable. The installation was fast (only 1 day) and the workman were professional and respectful.
Edit: Nestor I know you’ll see this. Although your text was brief it answered the question I wanted. Thank you
Having Creative Energy Solutions install solar to my mobile home was the best decision! Jared Davis made sure all my questions were answered from the get-go, with great patience. The install process was flawless. The team terrific. High integrity prevailed throughout. Since install, my meter runs backwards and my energy usage shows as "0". (There is a small monthly fee; SDG&E Base Service Charge of around $24.) Solar has given me peace of mind on a daily basis. Thank you Jared and Creative Energy Solutions!

We really appreciate the feedback! It was a pleasure helping you transition your mobile home to solar power. Jared is known for his patience, kindness and thoroughness, especially when explaining how our systems work with SDG&E billing. There is nothing better than seeing those energy savings start to kick in. Welcome to the solar family😃
This company does business the old school way. ETHICAL! So many of these solar companies are filled with smooth talkers that just want to make a deal regardless of if it’s beneficial. I know they specialize in Mobile homes but they did a fantastic job on our regular single family home in Mira Mesa. If you want honesty give them Call!

Thank you so much for the kind words! We take great pride in our 'old school' approach to ethics and honesty. While we are known as specialists for mobile homes, we truly enjoyed working on your single-family home in Mira Mesa and helping you take control of your SDG&E costs. Providing clear, beneficial solutions for our neighbors is what we're all about!🤙🏽
The best in the game! Hands down the only guys who can "get the job done". If you have been told no to getting solar on your mobil/ manufactured home, or another company attempted and failed, call them. Truly the Mobile Home Solar Experts! Creative Energy Solutions does it right from start to finish. From the professional and knowledgeable field representatives, to the account manager and installation team. Everyone communicates and coordinates with the homeowner to make experience not only seemless, but you feel like you're actually important. Not just a number.
Customer Service is paramount to them and that is hard to find these days. Can't say enough about this team and their dedication to be the absolute best in their field!
As the VP/Secretary of the Mobile Park West HOA at Mobile Park West, I take improvements to our community seriously. We recently worked with this solar company and had a very positive experience from start to finish.
They were professional, knowledgeable, and respectful of the unique needs of a mobile home community. Communication was clear, timelines were met, and the installation process was smooth and efficient. They took the time to answer questions and made sure we felt comfortable every step of the way.
I would definitely recommend them to homeowners or communities considering solar!

We take great pride in being respectful of park guidelines and ensuring a smooth process for every resident. We look forward to being a long-term resource for your community! Thanks for choosing the Mobile Home Solar Experts!😎
These guys operate with the highest integrity! My bill was very low ($50) but I still wanted solar. After sitting down with John for an hour he convinced me to keep my money when he easily could’ve sold me something I didn’t really need!! Hats off this company, you don’t find integrity like this these days. If you’re looking for honest advice, do yourself a favor and call these guys.

Hi Jake , thank you so much for the kind words!
It was a pleasure sitting down with you. While we love helping homeowners go solar, our first priority at CRTV is making sure it actually makes sense for you. With a bill already as low as yours, the "math" just didn't sit right with us!
We truly appreciate you recognizing John’s honesty. Integrity is the backbone of how we run things here. If your energy needs ever change in the future (or if you just want to talk shop again), you know where to find us.
Hats off to you for being a savvy homeowner!
Best, The Team at CRTVNRG
After being turned down by other solar companies for various reasons we concluded solar was never in our future. From consultation to installation the process was seamless. Once we met with the founder and president to discuss our energy needs and design the project was quickly underway. Everyone was friendly and professional and took the time to answer all of our questions.

We are thrilled to hear that we could help you achieve your energy goals after you were previously told it wasn't possible. Our team takes great pride in finding creative solutions and maintaining clear communication throughout the installation process. Thank you for trusting us with your home Mario and Denise!
