The installers completed the work in less than one day as we had three rooms to complete with a pull up of carpet and laying the new floor. The installers let us know what they were doing and why they were doing it. Thanks for the great work.

Great experience with Creative Flooring. Bob Hapka is a pro. In a store of hundreds of laminate samples of various brands and colors, he knew immediately which product and the exact color would be best. And it wasn't the most expensive one on the shelf! He is honest and was delightful to work with. Kyle was also helpful. I know where I'm going for my future floor needs.

Stay out of the “do it yourself” stores when it’s time to replace your carpet. Creative Floors has an incredible selection and expert advice to help you make the right choice. We met with Bob Hapka in the show room and got great help making our selection. He then came to our home, took measurements and gave us a fair price. The crew that did the install was fast, friendly and professional. They arrived on time and got to work quickly. They installed the carpet, cleaned up afterward and hauled the old carpet/pad away. The whole process was smooth. Glad we used Creative Floors. Give them a look. You won’t be disappointed.

We had an excellent experience with our tile floor Installation by creative floors. We had a water leak in our kitchen and it ruined our wood floor that is throughout the whole house. The wood floor is no longer made, so we had to tile the kitchen floor instead. Bob H. did a great job finding a threshold from another manufacturer that matched perfectly! The new floor looks great and like it has always been there.
