The service I received at the Hastings location exceeded my expectations. Sara expertly guided me through my first wig experience. She is a perfectly balanced poised professional with such a warm and practical manner, which I so appreciated. Sara made the visit educational, fun and easy. I made a return visit to pick up my wig and was helped by both Joyce and Lucky. Both women took extra time to ensure I felt comfortable with my new purchase, providing details on maintenance, including a nicely laminated card with all the pertinent care instructions. If you are reading this review, let this convince you to set up an appointment or stop in the Hastings location, no pressure sales and a well thought out and executed business model from years of success. I was there 3 years ago with my sister who had cancer to pick out a wig.
Joyce helped us and was very polite and really knowledgeable about the wigs especially for cancer patients.
Back again recently to get a wig for my other sister with cancer. Joyce helped us with the same kindness and care that she had 3 years ago.
It made both visits a good experience for a sad situation.

I wasn’t looking forward to hair loss and wearing a wig. My experience here today, though, was really wonderful. I’m not good at names but the woman that helped me was a peer- I’m retired. She was patient and so helpful as I didn’t know where to begin. She helped me find the perfect wig and helped set me at ease as I begin this journey. This is THE place to go for anyone needing a wig or hairpiece for any reason.

I went to this store because I’m experiencing a lot of hair loss and i know nothing about wigs. Joyce was wonderful and helpful and we tried a few colors and styles until Joyce said I think i have the perfect one! And it was! It was a great experience and I am so happy with my first wig!

I ended up at this place 3 days ago because my girlfriend wanted to buy a new wig. When we got there she picked out a few to try on. One which the head was labeled human hair. The lady that pulled it off the shelf said it was human hair as well. My girlfriend loved the initial look and color of the wig. It cost about $700. The whole process lasted only about 15-20 minutes however at checkout the lady stated that the wig was synthetic. 3 days later and my girlfriend is completely dissatisfied. I’m not savvy on wig talk but she said it’s frayed and looks like something you’d get at a costume store. The whole thing felt rushed and we feel that she was taken advantage of. Something that was supposed to be a pick me up for her turned into a giant waste of money. If you go here double check that what they’re telling you is true. As I mentioned before the head and the lady said it was human hair. I wouldn’t want someone else to be tricked here.
