Had Anthony here today assessing and figuring out where my rodent problem was. He did an inspection and gave suggestions and then set out traps and closed off a few obvious entry points. I appreciate the service. Hopefully moving forward things will improve.
We had a great experience with Creature Control and, specifically, Anthony. We had been dealing with an animal in our attic that another company misdiagnosed as squirrels. After weeks of the problem continuing, Anthony came out and within about three minutes correctly identified it as a raccoon.
They were booked out, but Anthony went above and beyond and came back himself on a Saturday to get the work done. The raccoon was caught the very first night the trap was set, and we haven’t had any unwanted guests since. He then came back to complete the preventative work and make sure we were protected going forward.
Anthony was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and exactly the kind of person you’re comfortable having in your home. Really appreciated how seriously he took the problem and how responsive he was, especially after our experience with the first company.

I called Creature Control to have a chipmunk removed from my house. They sent Dillon Bartholomew, one of their techs. He was very polite and helpful. He is probably correct because our condo subdivision has had problems with bats so based on his observation I will be taking a closer look at that.
In addition, the employees manning the phones at the office were extremely helpful and informative.
Based on everything I have mentioned I would recommend Creature Control to anyone who has a pest problem.

Anthony did a complete and thorough investigation inside and outside of the house to determine where the mice are getting into the house and explained options for treatment and answered questions so we understood exactly how the plan would be. A bat problem was detected after a new roof was installed on our home. We contacted Creature Control for assistance / evaluation and C.J. was the responding technician. C.J. was very courteous, knowledgeable, and professional in his assessment of our situation and pointed out numerous areas where the roofers had inadvertently missed areas that required closure to prevent bat entry. With the documentation that C.J. provided the roofers very willingly corrected their deficiencies and C.J. was able to install the necessary bat control devices to eliminate or bat problem. Very honest assessment or the problem and helped rectify the problem with the roofers without additional cost. I would definitely deal with C. J. anytime I had a creature event
