You have to wade multiple dogs to reach the front desk and they never have what u need. I waited 3 weeks on replacement blades before telling them to forget it. My wife and I call this place "Sorry to Bother You Tractor Supply" because when you stop in, u are definitely a bother.

I highly recommend Crede tractor sales & service. I went there looking for information to help me make a decision on a new riding mower and I couldn’t be more pleased with the service I received. The salesman and the mechanic went above and beyond to answer and explain everything very thorough. I was showed how to operate and service my machine properly if I choose to do so. They were very nice and professional and I look forward to continue doing business with them in the future.

I was recommended by several hardware stores in the city of Charleston to this establishment and when I took my weed eating there the young man behind the counter was great. Took my name and number and gave me a receipt slip and asked what was the issue and I briefly explained which he understood. He started using tools to get started right then and there and I was like wow you are starting right now, respect. He said, yes to just to see if it could be any issues right away I could inform you of but we will work on it and give you a call back so you can continue to trust us for your future service. That statement was not out of reach just a normal response any customer would want to hear in any region of the world, for I have been all over, West Virginia is where I call home now. I came in today about a little more than a week later after calling around 8am to see the status of my weed trimmer and a gentleman kindly told me yes sir it was here ready. I walk up and of course he is with a customer, discussing his concerns but I was given the eye contact that would lead you to believe I can step up and be serviced so I did and I said good morning gentlemen. One man, come to find out was a customer, I did not know the way they were talking and he nodded and so did the older cat behind the counter. I said good morning. No response. I looked at both men and said no hello, they then said hello, this is normal in West Virginia for me to do and I do not mind it because I will never get used to the ignorance of a state that #46 in education nationwide. I digress, he was kind after that but immediately after I paid he flung my receipt to me in a manner that was unnecessary but enough to mention to the world. I just kept eye contact because I know white men want a raise out of you but I keep it educated and on google reviews. I do not live in a bubble. He went to grab my weed eater and was chatting with a gentlemen in the back and the phone rang he then came back on the phone handing me my weed eater like I would not want an explanation I am rightfully due. I am a novice at small engines but not in human interactions and I will continue to go to them I just wanted to put this message out because it does not bother me to be genuine and earnest. Peace and blessing. P.s. I asked what could have been the issue as he handed it to me and kindly explained everything plus more and we wish each other a blessed day.

Terrible business. Whoever was in the back was having a kid running back and forth and told me I'd have to come back Monday and they were supposedly "closed"....with the door wide open, lights on and they could've taken 2 minutes to help. I'll go to Smith's and pick up weed eater string for $50 before I'd take anything for free from this joke of a place. It's no wonder it has so many bad reviews.

Guy was pretty dismissive. I am slightly disabled and was looking for ideas to mow my own yard and hill. He told me to pay someone. Seems they work with landscapers..
