Reviewers of Crews Customs in Portland, OR, frequently praise the shop's quick turnaround times, affordable pricing, and helpful staff who explain tint options without pressure. Positive feedback highlights clean installations on side windows and headlight protection, with many customers returning for additional vehicles. However, lower-rated reviews criticize the application environment for dust and hair contamination, resulting in bubbles and visible specs on windshields and paint protection film. Some customers also reported discrepancies between requested and installed tint percentages, leading to dissatisfaction with the final result.

Dad and daughter kicking butt together, doing quality work. Absolutely happy with my experience. Had all windows including front and back done and they are great at what they do, was faster then expected as well. Great people, great experience. Couldn't recommend more, in fact I sent my dad there to get his windows done that another place screwed up that needed fixing. Thanks again guys!
I went there and had my windows tinted on my truck. The quality is amazing and the tint is super clean with no bubbles at all. The customer service I got was very good. They take the time to show and explain the different options available to me. The service I got was outstanding and the price was very affordable. Thank you very much. You have made a customer for life!
Wonderful service, my windows and headlight look great, and they gave me great recommendations. Going to come back in a few months to get my windshield done to help with the glare at night and the rain. Super pleased! Trust their judgement. Would recommend to anyone. Happy to support a great small family business ❤️
