Customers frequently praise Crib Buddy Maids for punctuality, thoroughness, and efficient communication, noting that staff often handle deep cleans and move-out services effectively. However, recurring criticisms include instances of missed appointments, inadequate equipment for specific tasks like scrubbing, and allegations of theft. Some reviewers also expressed frustration with persistent phone calls after requesting to stop contact and with perceived misalignment between the advertised deep clean service and the actual level of detail provided.

Carmen did a very good job. Only problem she is short and my bathroom has floor to ceiling tiles. She was able to get to some higher places. Carmen worked quickly and got the job done. My bathroom is sparkling and I am satisfied and would use her again.
Price assessment: Reasonable price
Price: $100–150

Hi Carol, thank you for your review! We're glad you're happy with Carmen's work and that your bathroom is sparkling clean. We appreciate your support and look forward to serving you again!
We hired Crib Buddy before moving from LA into our new home in Berkeley. We left them a key and were promised a deep clean.
When we arrived later in the week, we immediately realized that the house had not been properly cleaned. Within just two minutes of walking around, my kids' feet were black. There were spider webs throughout the house, dust on windowsills, and the kitchen cabinets and toilet appeared to have been cleaned only superficially, if at all. At one point, I genuinely questioned whether anyone had even been there to clean the house as promised.
When I called the company, instead of taking responsibility, they argued with me over the phone and repeatedly asked me to provide more and more proof. I took as many pictures as I could, but given the stress of moving, it was simply not realistic to photograph every issue throughout the house.
Needless to say, I don't believe it should be my responsibility to provide endless proof that the cleaning was not done properly. I paid for a service and expected the company to deliver what was promised. Instead, I ended up having to do even more cleaning and work myself—exactly what I hired the company to help me avoid during an already stressful move.
This company took my money, failed to provide the service I paid for, and then made the situation even worse by arguing with me and putting the burden on me to prove their failure. This company is a scam. I would absolutely not recommend Crib Buddy to anyone.
Crb Buddy Maids made it easy setting up everything. It's for a deep cleaning. House hasn't been cleaned in years so you can imagine what they have gone through. The duo who came were amazing.
