We were selling a home and buyers hired Crisp Water to conduct the water test. Unbeknownst to the employee, we watched him on camera spend an hour at our place. He walked around barefoot outside, took the water sample from outside without cleaning it first even though he had code for lockbox to go inside to take sample. Not shocking the sample came back with Ecoli and coliform. Crisp water gave buyers quite to clean system and purchase ultraviolet system which we made arrangements to pay for. On a hunch we had a second sample done from inside the house (not by Crisp) and water came back fine. Beware of this company especially if they are testing water on a home sale and get a second opinion. Very shady!

We’re very sorry to hear about this experience and appreciate you bringing it to our attention. We take sampling protocols, chain-of-custody, and technician professionalism very seriously, and the behavior you describe is not the standard we require. We will investigate this matter promptly and would like to review the job records and lab report so we can determine what happened. Please contact our customer care team so we can resolve this promptly; when appropriate we will offer a no-cost re-test or other remedial steps. We appreciate the opportunity to correct this and restore your confidence.

Ken Crisp and his TEAM is always great to work with. From the office to the on-site service install team, crisp water is the right choice to make for your water purification needs. They are professional, clean and knowledgeable. They helped move my water filtration system from my crawlspace to my main floor bathroom seemlesly. I have been using Crisp Water since 2020 and highly recommend them

Crisp Water has been consistently outstanding for the 5 years since we started using them. Harrison installed our unit to assure we were getting healthy water. Every year they come out and service our components. They are perfect in their work and always clean up afterwards. They deserve more than 5 stars. Thank you

The team at crisp water is your go-to for water sampling of wells and even city water for hardness treatment analysis. Ask any question and they'll know from experience and training.
