I called Critter Control and thank goodness they had a cancelation that day! Kevin showed me where/how Ricky (and friends) had moved in, and when Aaron came out, he worked his magic, successfully evicting Ricky and his crew! Aaron also closed up the places Ricky was using as his entry points, insuring he won't return! Thank you SO much, Critter Control! You are EVER SO MUCH appreciated!!

I highly recommend Critter Control! James was so pleasant and responsive. A really down to earth guy with whom you immediately feel comfortable. He spoke to me very openly and honestly about the problems we had, and what they suggested for remediation. We had bats in the attic, and this is not a cheap problem! Other estimate we had came in quite a bit higher, and I preferred the materials used by Critter Control, anyway. Their estimate was free, too, as opposed to being charged $125 for an estimate from a competitor. When the work was done (two days for the first portion, and one day for the second phase). The men who came to do the work were very pleasant and conscientious. When we had another company out to take care of a yellow jacket infestation, they commented on what nice work was done regarding the bats! Yay!

I contacted Critter Control expecting my situation to be handled professionally and resolved, but unfortunately, that has not been my experience.
I had to wait an entire week just for a technician to come out, investigate the situation, and leave without actually fixing the problem or providing a clear plan of action. I am still actively dealing with a hole in my roof.
Since then, I’ve had technicians arrive, sit in their vehicles for approximately five minutes, and leave without addressing or resolving the issue. I paid for this service in full, so I expected the company to actually provide the assistance I paid for.
I’ve tried to be patient and respectful throughout this entire process, and I’m intentionally not naming the individual technicians involved. However, I have to question why there has been so little urgency or proactive communication when I continue to have an unresolved issue.
At this point, I am extremely disappointed with my experience. I contacted this company believing they would help, but unfortunately, I feel like I’ve been left to deal with the problem myself.
Please do your research before choosing this company. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Critter Control. Choose your service provider carefully.

I just received $6000 quote to do some minor repairs to my roof / attic and provide some “warranty” after we had raccoons up there this spring/summer.
The raccoons were already caught by animal control for a couple hundred dollars.
I am going to pass. Ridiculous

From the sales person Carter to the worker JP that dug around my decks to install the L footer to the payment collector everyone was professional, knowledgeable and kind. They answered all my questions, helped figure out a way to keep my decks and house safe from a groundhog without harming the animal. I’m very pleased with the outcome and knowledge they shared with me about coexisting with wild life. Everyone was knowledgeable, pleasant and kind to deal with, I can’t recommend this company enough. I’m very happy with the results! Talking with Carter and JP I knew I was in good hands. They are very knowledgeable!!!
