Critter Control of Greater Boston

I use Critter Control now for a couple of years and the service has been exceptional. Jarod Is our service technician and he is top-notch I recommend Critter Control highly!

Excellent service. Rapid availability, expert assessment/“wildlife first” good communication. Would certainly call again as first choice (if needed).

Craig came out to do a home inspection he was communicative on time, friendly, factual, and efficient. Highly recommend.

Shoutout to Adam and Craig for their professionalism where they swiftly and efficiently removed the squirrels from my property and installed aluminum fascia covering to prevent them from access again via the powerline pathways.

Craig was awesome. I was super worried we had squirrels in our chimney due to the crazy sounds I’d been hearing. Craig listened to my very limited recording /Did a careful evaluation- and then actively encouraged us to wait on any treatment, as he wanted us to gather more data over the weekend. He called on Monday- confirmed with us that it had been chimney swifts and gave me a referral for a chimney mason. No charge. If I EVER have critter issues in the future I will definitely call Craig again- he’s honest, thorough and very knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

Adam at Critter Control used his considerable expertise to remove a family of raccoons living under my house. His creativity and professionalism in solving the problem were impressive! And I appreciated the fact that he was committed to returning every day until all the raccoons were removed, made absolutely sure they were all gone, and then thoroughly closed off the access point. Highly recommend Critter Control—they not only removed the raccoons, they restored my peace of mind.

They installed squirrel guards on our solar array. Howard was very knowledgeable and did a great job giving the estimate and explaining the process. Ricardo did an excellent inatallation. Everyone was great to work with.

My HOA has worked with Critter Control of Greater Boston several times over the last 6+ years and had nothing but good experiences with their scheduling staff and wildlife/rodent experts. I am disappointed to say the experience so far this year has been the complete opposite, at least with the scheduling staff. The person answering the phone/returning voicemails seems to not know what services the company provides, nor how to look up existing customer info, and has promised 3 callbacks that never happened. I was told that my first 2 messages "probably got buried" as a reason for not being answered for over 2 weeks. Hopefully whatever issues they are having on the admin side are sorted out soon.

I have had an annoying rodent problem for awhile because my neighbor has piles of debris in his yard. Other companies have not been able to help stop it, not until I called Critter Control. They have skilled technicians and their service and methods of stopping mice infestations are excellent. Thank you Critter Control. RMP, Waltham

I was having a problem with birds nesting above my deck and grilling area (high above), Critter Control installed mesh netting around the downspouts to prevent birds nesting. So far this has worked! I hope I don’t have to, but if the need arises, I will definitely use Critter Control again in the future.
