Huge shoutout to Brandon at Critter Removal Indianapolis! We had a pesky Pine squirrel who chewed her way into our attic. She was STUBBORN and didn't want to leave. Brandon stayed calm, didn't give up, and was able to trap and relocate her. He was incredibly kind, explained things every step of the way, and extremely responsive to our texts and questions. I highly recommend Critter Removal Indianapolis.

Thank you so much for taking the time to share such a thoughtful review! We know how frustrating it can be to have a stubborn squirrel making herself at home in your attic, and we're so happy Brandon was able to get everything taken care of! Thank you for trusting us with your home, and we hope you and your family can enjoy some peace and quiet now.
We chose Critter Removal based on the reviews and were pleased with the results. They were professional, communicative, -especially Hannah- timely and thorough. They came out on two separate days to complete the project and coordinated with our neighbors to put the ladder in their yard due to our roof being very steep and even answered all their questions on similar racoon problems. They followed up by another visit to make sure the traps were working and also by text about a month after the completion. We were going to go with another company that didn't seem as detailed in their approach but I'm happy we went with Critter Removal. Very satisfied and highly recommend!

Thank you so much for your wonderful review and for choosing us! We're thrilled to hear you had such a positive experience with our team. We take pride in making sure the job is done right and we rid you of your wildlife issues for good! We’re especially glad Hannah and our technicians made the process as smooth as possible.
Dalton is a very professional young man. He installed a one way trap to make sure the squirrels exited and could not re-enter. We also caught 5 raccoons.

Thank you for your review, Pam! Happy that Dalton and our team could help you with all the unwanted pests!
Nice enough folks, but sadly not effective at all for groundhogs. They're tricky to trap, but their trapping system/approach was downright lame. Didn't bait traps, set up traps near holes in a way that could never have a prayer of catching them. We had more success buying pouches that you throw down in their holes. Unfortunately a large waste of money.
Phil Humphrey was our consultant. He was prompt, professional and gave us some good information regarding our house. We feel alot better knowing his company can assist us with any of our critter needs.
