We had a reverse osmosis water system installed today, and Sam did an excellent job. He arrived on time, kept the work area clean, and was respectful throughout the visit. Before leaving, he made sure everything was functioning properly and answered our questions. We’re very happy with the installation!
Had a new water softener installed March, 2026. Sam and team did a great job! Sam’s a great communicator and patiently listens and answers questions.

One of their drivers was tailgating my car on 494. He then swerved very aggressively around us gave us the finger and proceeded to try and get in front of us(there was a car ahead of us) and instead of moving in front of us he almost hit the car with myself, my wife, my son and my infant daughter inside. Older white male, he then proceeded to drive erratically and tried to hit us 2 more times before getting off on an exit ramp where he gave the finger to us 7 more times. The plate number was kfg-413 and the date was 10/17/2023 at about 5:45. When I called the company to complain I never heard back. If this driver represents your company then I hope you go out of business because driving like a madman and trying to hit a car with my children in it is a very violent act. It's very lucky for your driver that he did not end up hitting my car with my children in it as it would have been seen as an attack in my family.
Update: I've heard from a couple of folks apologizing for the issue and hopefully we'll get things resolved next week. Upping the stars to 3 for now. Original review: I just bought a home that has a water softener with Croix Crystal sticker and phone number on it. I've made three attempts to contact them. First time was via the web and I received a call back, he was very eager to talk to me when we were talking about a new softener but when I told him I'd like to see if we can get the current one working first he said he'd call me the next week to schedule an appointment, no call. Second time I called in and talked to someone, he said he'd have someone call me, two days later and no call. Third time I called in again and the receptionist cut me off as I was explaining the situation and transferred me to a voicemail. I'm open to revising my rating and review if they come through but I doubt I'll hear from anyone.
Very knowledgeable. Were able to install in the cabinet above the fridge so we could keep our under-sink space. Had an easy experience from start to finish.
I got the water softener from Croix Crystal-I found the company in a recommendation from the website Next Door. Everything went so smooth. From the quote to installation! I highly recommend giving them a call!
