Super happy that I had such a welcoming gym to join when I moved to Melbourne. The community here is extremely friendly and made me feel at home since day one. The gym is actively growing with an awesome new outdoor space. The coaches are all super knowledgeable, approachable, and supportive. I love that even though I typically go at the same time, I get to experience a variety of coaches too. Scaling is supported, when appropriate, which I think is very important. I also enjoy that every coach explains what the workout should feel like/the intent behind it. It gives a little more power to the athlete to make appropriate choices. Highly recommend dropping in here and making this your gym ☺️
