I’ve attended many gyms over the years, and CrossFit Smokeshow is truly everything I’ve been looking for. Not a single detail has been overlooked. The facility is equipped with beautiful, well-maintained Rogue equipment, and the space is always clean and organized. The bathrooms are spotless and consistently stocked with everything you might need! The coaches are top-notch — professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping every member succeed. Whether you’re brand new to CrossFit or experienced, this gym is for everyone. Workouts are never boring, and every movement can be scaled to match your individual skill level. I absolutely love this gym and don’t plan on going anywhere else!

I was set up with CrossFit Smokeshow through ValorFit. From day one, this gym has been incredibly welcoming. The classes are well structured and thorough—everything feels intentional and well thought out. I’ve really enjoyed getting to know (and sweating with) the owners, their instructors, and all the other gym members. It’s a supportive environment that makes showing up feel easy…even when the workouts are challenging.

Health and fitness have been a part of my life and my family‘s life for as long as I can remember. I’ve joined many gyms and been a part of many different athletic communities. This is by far one of the best I’ve been a part of. The camaraderie drives teamwork which drives competition. It’s that personal competition spirit that drives progress. The coaches are second to none. Feels like home, feels like family.

CrossFit Smokeshow is a wonderful gym! No matter which class you attend, you'll have a welcoming, knowledgeable coach that ensures you're doing things safely. The programming is great too! The workouts are approachable, yet challenging. I've been doing CrossFit for 9 years and this is the best my body has felt, yet I'm still seeing improvements. I look forward to going to the gym each day, best part of my day!

Cannot recommend CrossFit Smokeshow enough. I have been doing CrossFit for over 12 years and what sets this gym apart from all the others is the coaching. Not only are the coaches extremely knowledgeable and helpful, but you can tell they truly care about you and your health.
